How do I clean the inside of my reusable bottle or cup?

Rinse with warm water and a small amount of dish soap after each use. For a deeper clean, use a bottle brush to reach the base. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the ceramic lining. The lid is dishwasher-safe.

What is this made from?

The body is crafted from premium stainless steel — a minimum of 90% recycled stainless steel in the Ceramic Reusable range. The interior has a ceramic lining for a pure-tasting drink every time. All materials are 100% BPA-free and certified to FDA and EU food safety standards.

Is the ceramic lining safe to drink from?

Yes. The ceramic lining is non-toxic, BPA-free, and certified to both FDA and EU food contact standards. It's inert — meaning it won't react with whatever you're drinking, hot or cold. Safe for daily use across the entire range.

Are lids interchangeable between different sizes?

What is the frank green return policy?Updated 6 months ago

We want you to love everything you order from frank green, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.

Product/s must be unopened, undamaged, and unused. Please note, monogrammed items, limited edition collections and Lucky Bags are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Returns are issued as store credit, a refund to the original payment method or an instant refund to your bank account via Refundid. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you're responsible until the item is delivered and inspected. You will be able to purchase a label directly from us and the amount will be taken off your refund.

Faulty Product: for order issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, order number or proof of purchase. frank green reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria.
